Before you call
Do I have to switch everything at once?
No. Most clients start with one service. Payments and IT are entirely separate engagements, and nothing obliges you to take the rest.
What does a statement review cost?
Nothing, and there is no obligation to switch. Send your last three monthly processing statements and you get a written comparison to keep whatever you decide.
When are SerTail, SavioFi, and TruEVV available?
All three are in build. Early access lists are open now, and members shape what gets built first and receive preferential pricing at launch.
Do you have to be near Minneapolis to work with us?
No. We serve clients nationwide. Our offices are in Minneapolis, which is where our team, our support line, and our on-site crews are based, but payment processing, NeuroEZ, and our software products are delivered and supported wherever your business operates. Local clients get us in person; everyone else gets the same people on the phone.
Can I keep the systems I already have?
Often yes. Many retail and restaurant platforms support more than one processor, and we would rather confirm compatibility than sell you a replacement you do not need.
